Matthew J. Drbohlav, DDS
Dr. Drbohlav (or Dr. Matt) graduated from Truman State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology before pursuing his dental education at the University of Missouri — Kansas City School of Dentistry. He served a one-year general practice residency with the United States Army at Fort Carson, Colorado and later served with the Army in Operation Joint Endeavor in Taszár, Hungary.

Dr. Matt is dedicated to ongoing professional development and routinely adds to his expertise in the form of continuing education. His recent course completions include:
- Narrow diameter implants
- TMJ anatomy dissection
- Cone beam CT
Dr. Matt and his wife, Rebecca, have two sons, Will and Kenny, along with Kiba the Siberian Husky and Brutus, their miniature schnauzer. He enjoys fishing, skiing, camping, running and hiking.
Rebecca – Co-Owner
As Co-Owner of North Fork Family Dentistry, Rebecca fills in when needed, assisting Dr. Matt and also assisting in the business office. She attended Belton High School in Belton, Missouri, Jones Store Cosmetology School, John Casablanca’s Modeling & Career Center, and the University of Maryland, College Park, where she studied German, European art, and history.
Rebecca has completed several continuing education courses to enhance her duties at North Fork Family Dentistry, including:
• CPR/First Aid
Rebecca is an active volunteer of United Methodist Women, where she has held several offices. She is also involved with her church, is a mission team member, and is a regular volunteer with her children’s schools. She enjoys reading, cooking, and Zumba as well as skiing, hiking, camping, boating and fishing.
Shawna – Registered Dental Hygienist
Shawna earned her Associate in Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Colorado Northwestern Community College before receiving her Bachelor of Science Dental Hygiene degree from Northern Arizona University. She is certified in CPR and First aid.
Shawna has three daughters in high school and college. When she’s not at North Fork Family Dentistry, she enjoys road biking and travel.
Shawna has been part of the North Fork Family Dentistry team since 2002.
Amber – Registered Dental Hygienist
Amber graduated from Colorado Northwestern Community College.
She and her husband, Robert, enjoy spending time with their daughter, Raegan and son, Jagger. Her interests away from the office include: refurbishing old furniture, crafting, gardening, canning, and playing with her Great Dane, Claude.
She is CPR/First Aid certified and has been with the practice since 2012.
Anastacia – Dental Assistant
Anastacia aids Dr. Matt chair-side as his dental assistant. She has been in the dental field since graduating from Intellitec College in 2010.
Her certifications and training’s include:

Anastacia and her husband, David, enjoy camping, hiking, fishing and spending time with family. They enjoy their dogs, Willow and Apollo. Anastacia and David are from the North Fork area and look forward to buying a home and raising a family one day in our beautiful valley.
Jeanne – EDDA Certified Dental Assistant
Jeanne graduated from both Red Rocks Community College and Concorde Career College before embarking on a long career in dental assisting. Her certifications and trainings include:
• Expanded Duties CDA
• Radiology certification
• Hospice certification
• CPR/First Aid
Jeanne has worked off and on at North Fork Family Dentistry for many years and has been full time since 2012. Jeanne and her husband, Bo, have two sons, Morgan and Chase. When away from the office, she enjoys gardening, scrapbooking, antiquing, reading, and working to restore her grandmother’s log cabin.
Lisa – Scheduling Coordinator
Lisa has been with the practice since 2007 and enjoys welcoming our patients to North Fork Family Dentistry. She is a graduate of vocational technical college in Las Vegas and has added to her knowledge with several continuing education courses, including:
• First Aid
• Numerous computer courses
Lisa and her husband, Gary, have three sons – Daniel, Jeremy, and Trent – as well as six grandchildren. When away from the office, Lisa loves cake decorating, auto racing, hiking, and biking.
Paula – Office Manager
As North Fork Family Dentistry’s office manager since 2005, Paula focuses on the business aspects of the practice and assists wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly. Over the years, she has attended numerous continuing education courses on management and related topics to add to her knowledge and expertise. Her certifications and training include:

Away from the office, Paula loves spending time at home with her husband, three border collies, Rolex, Rangler and LeeVi and her horses. She also enjoys riding horseback, hiking, traveling and just about anything outdoors.
